- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti as per package instructions, then drain.
